Interesting Enclaves ~ Ceuta & Melilla in Morocco


My MIT Sloan MBA friend Damien Acheson and his Spanish girlfriend just asked me at the Miracle where would I like to travel if I had time for a quick tour. My answer? I'd go to Ceuta & Melilla, two Spanish-controlled enclaves in northern Africa. And I'd like to see the surrounding Moroccan territory more broadly, including especially Tetuan and Tangier. These are timely since the far-sighted Moroccan leadership has committed to a bold Tangier Mediterranean Freezone...
